FOR AMBITIOUS PROFESSIONALS AND BUSINESS OWNERS WANTING THEIR LIFE BACK
And you want to know what is going on.
“I have now seen a huge reduction in my symptoms, so I’m really hopeful about the future.”
TEDDY PAGE

DOES THIS FEEL FAMILIAR?
You can look capable on the outside while organising your entire life around what your body will allow.
And now you are sitting in a meeting, praying nobody asks you a question because you can't trust your brain to find the answer.
You used to have ten ideas before breakfast. Now you are calculating whether you have enough energy to get through a client call and make dinner.
You reread every Teams or Slack message like it might contain a warning, and your stomach drops when your manager asks for a minute?
If you're experiencing burnout or unexplained symptoms your doctor can't account for, and you want to regain control of your life without spending thousands on therapists, taking medication or trying to figure it out alone, you are in the right place
WHY IT KEEPS HAPPENING
Because the approach you've been sold treats recovery as though your body simply needs more rest.
But your nervous system isn't tired.
It's stuck in a pattern it learned decades ago.
The pattern that kept you safe as a child, work harder, push through, prove your worth, never let anyone down, is the same pattern keeping you under threat now.
Your body isn't failing you.
It's protecting you using everything it learned.
Which means it can learn something different.
WHY IT KEEPS HAPPENING
From childhood onwards, your nervous system learns what feels safe: whether it’s OK to rest, express your needs or ask for help.
When a child grows up with criticism, unpredictability or pressure to perform, they adapt. They become the good child, the high achiever, the people pleaser who never causes trouble.
But not every child in that environment burns out as an adult. Often, the difference is how sensitive their nervous system was to begin with.
Some people are wired to take in more. They notice a shift in tone before a word is said, feel criticism for days, and find noise, busy rooms and constant demands more draining than others do. Many people with ADHD or autistic traits recognise themselves here, diagnosed or not.
This isn’t a flaw. It’s a difference in how your brain and body process the world. But a sensitive child learns to read every room, mask what overwhelms them and be so capable that nobody notices what it costs.
And because pushing through gets rewarded, that pattern rarely stops. From the outside, you look like you’re coping brilliantly. Underneath, your nervous system has been in survival mode for years, with no real chance to recover.
You work harder and struggle to switch off.
You feel guilty when you rest.
You say yes when you want to say no.
You take responsibility for things that are not yours.
You keep going when your body is telling you to stop.
You’ve masked how much things affect you for so long, you’re not sure what’s ‘normal’ anymore.

MY STORY
Hi, I'm Hazel, and I lived with chronic health issues for over fifteen years.
I understand what it's like to chair a meeting while your body is screaming at you to stop. To be known for delivering results while privately wondering how much longer you can keep this up. To step back from the promotion you worked towards because you don't trust your body to cope. To miss birthdays, give up the things you love, and watch your world get smaller while everyone else's stays the same size.
Fibromyalgia meant constant pain. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome felt like lead in my bones. Long Covid brought brain fog, noise sensitivity and random food reactions left me freezing, shaking, frightened to eat.
Weeks passed without me leaving the house. I stepped back from promotions I'd worked towards, missed birthdays, gave up dancing.
At work, people relied on me. They trusted my judgement. What they didn't know was that I was doing the bare minimum just to survive each day, downplaying how bad things were. After every crash, I wondered whether this would be the one that finally cost me my career.
I'd spent years becoming someone I was proud of. And now I was frightened I couldn't keep being her.
The hardest loss wasn't the symptoms. It was my sense of self-worth, alongside the fear that this might be my life forever.
AND IT WASN’T FOR LACK OF TRYING
I chased one specialist after another, hoping someone could explain what was happening.
Tests kept coming back normal, treatments helped a little, but nothing lasted.
Rheumatologists
Neurologists
Spinal surgeons
Pain specialists
Physios
Osteopaths
Chiropractors
Allergy specialists
Functional doctors
Blood tests
Stool tests
Saliva tests
MRIs
ECG
CT scans
Therapy
Supplements
Diets
Craniosacral therapy
Acupuncture
Meditation
Yoga
After more than a decade, I was still waiting for someone to tell me why my body kept doing this.
THIS WAS THE PIECE NO SPECIALIST HAD EXPLAINED
SURVIVAL MODE
Work pressure, a relationship breakdown, surgery, vaccination, bereavement or virus may look like the cause. But often it is the final load placed on a system that has been compensating for years.
Pressure, loss, illness or responsibility adds to a system already compensating.
Your brain and body begin responding as though danger is ongoing
Survival responses continue, even when there is no immediate threat.
Symptoms shape your plans, movement, work and trust in your body.
And survival mode doesn't always look like falling apart.
You can still be incredibly high functioning. You go to work, run a business, look after your family, meet deadlines and keep everyone else going — while barely holding yourself together.
You collapse on the sofa at the end of the day but can't to switch off. You become increasingly sensitive to noise, food, physical sensations or everyday demands. Things you once handled without thinking suddenly feel overwhelming.
Your life starts changing around your symptoms. You stop making plans because you don't know how you'll feel. You turn down opportunities. Exercise becomes something you have to be careful about. Your social world gets smaller.
And perhaps most difficult of all, you stop trusting your body - because you don't know what it's going to do from one day to the next.
Your body is not broken.
Your nervous system has learned to protect you, but that protection is now making your life smaller.
THE TURNING POINT
My nervous system was protecting me using everything it had learned. Which meant it could learn new patterns.
I didn't need another technique. I needed to retrain the system itself:
Repeated experiences of safety
Changing the patterns reinforcing stress
Building the capacity to handle more stress
It took several months of deliberate, consistent practice. But it worked.

WHAT BEGAN TO CHANGE
My brain stopped building negative scenarios, creating more calm and less chatter.
My mind became less reactive and more grounded.
I moved with more intention and got more done.
I stopped needing to please everyone.
I could sit with difficult emotions instead of shutting down or pushing through.
I looked forward to running and dancing again.
When problems appeared, I made a plan instead of freezing.
I functioned without relying on adrenaline to get through the day.

After over fifteen years living with a dysregulated nervous system and several months systematically retraining it, I was like a new person.
I knew the gaps people were facing because I'd lived them. Short courses that didn't go deep enough. 1:1 therapy that treated symptoms without understanding nervous system burnout. Piecing it together alone, trying technique after technique, hoping something would finally stick.
So I trained in Nervous System Regulation, Neuroscience, IFS and Somatics. I learned to decode what a fatigued, dysregulated nervous system is signaling through what someone says, how they say it, and what their body is doing.
Because no two nervous systems present the same way.
Someone's body can be screaming for help while their voice stays calm and they keep pushing through. Another person says they're fine while their shoulders are raised, their legs never stop moving, and their body tells a different story.
I can spot the blind spots people cannot see in themselves. What's really driving their symptoms underneath whatever label they've been given. And the exact approach needed to methodically retrain their nervous system.
Which means no time gets wasted on techniques that were never going to work for you.
That's why I created Rewire & Restore. Four stages. Fifteen minutes a day. One clear path instead of spending years trying to figure it out alone.
INTRODUCING REWIRE & RESTORE
A supported, four-stage approach to understanding your nervous system, changing the patterns that keep you under pressure, and making more room for the life you want to live.
It’s the programme I wish I’d had when I was recovering.
Build your body's capacity to regulate, recover and respond differently to stress without relying on one technique.
Use neuroplasticity to recognise automatic patterns, shift nervous system states and retrain the way your body moves.
Identify the perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-responsibility and pushing through that keep your system under pressure.
As your system regulates, regain the energy to enjoy your work, trust your body, make plans and rebuild confidence in your future.
A CLIENT’S EXPERIENCE
“I have much more energy, I’m more relaxed and I can deal with work and everyday life far more easily than I could a few months ago.”
Richard Pow
THE CHANGE REACHES EVERY PART OF LIFE
Feel safer, more present and more connected with the people you love.
You sit across from your partner at dinner and actually hear what they're saying, instead of running tomorrow's meeting in your head while nodding.
Your child asks you something and you answer without that split-second delay where your brain has to catch up because you weren't fully there.
Conflict doesn't send you into freeze mode anymore. You stay present, hold your ground, and speak without your nervous system screaming at you to run or fight.
Bring your focus, confidence and credibility back into the room.
You walk into a meeting and your mind is clear, not foggy, not scrambling, not wondering if you'll lose your train of thought halfway through the sentence.
You get challenged in front of colleagues and respond with clarity instead of going blank, or worse, snapping because your system read it as a threat.
Your credibility isn't quietly eroding because people have started noticing you're not as sharp, not as present as the version of you they used to rely on.
Your body becomes predictable again.
You book a weekend away without spending the preceding week worrying whether you'll have to cancel.
You finish a workday and have something left for the people you love.
You make plans six months ahead without silently adding if I'm well enough.
You wake up and knowing roughly how the day will go, instead of lying there running an internal diagnostic to see what your body might let you do today.

A SIMPLE CHECK-IN
You've always been someone who pushes through, but your body has finally reached its limit.
You have been diagnosed with or suspect Burnout, Chronic Anxiety, Long Covid, CFS, IBS, PoTS, Dysautonomia
You’re experiencing unexplained symptoms your doctor & tests can’t account for e.g. random pains, embarrassing bloating or heartburn issues, disassociation, feeling, on edge all the time, skin flare-ups, sensitivities to noise, foods or scents.
You are ready for a structured and holistic approach and understand that nervous system recovery takes time and consistency.
You’ve always felt things more intensely than others, or you’re neurodivergent (diagnosed or not).
You can commit to 15 minutes a day.
You are looking for someone to fix you without making changes yourself. The programme gives you the knowledge, tools and support, but lasting change comes from putting them into practice.
You want symptom management, not an understanding of why the symptoms keep happening.
You are not open to looking beyond the diagnosis you have been given or considering the role your nervous system may be playing.
WHY AN INTEGRATED PROGRAMME
There are three common routes, but each can leave an important part of recovery missing.
Specialist psychotherapy or somatic coaching can cost around £150 an hour and continue without a clear end point.
Talking alone is unlikely to improve physical symptoms when your nervous system needs to learn safety through experience.
Six to eight weeks rarely gives enough time to cover the root patterns and all four stages.
You can be given an overwhelming list of exercises, then left to decide what to use without guidance when you need it most.
Finding, testing and connecting every piece can take months or years. It took me more than a decade to put the pieces together.
Rewire & Restore gives you all four stages in one clear path. Fifteen minutes a day. Support when you need it.
YOUR INVESTMENT IN YOU
There are two options and you can adjust the level of support as you recover. Both options have a minimum three-month commitment.
1. Supported Retraining
What you get:
The full four-stage system with videos and daily protocols. A personalised 1:1 onboarding call and nervous system assessment. Weekly live small-group coaching with me. 1:1 check-ins. WhatsApp access for feedback and guidance between calls.
This is right for you if:
You need external accountability, regular check-ins, and a thinking partner to help you stay on track when your nervous system tries to pull you back into old patterns.
You also need other people who understand what you're living. Not your friends who mean well but don't get it. Not your family who keep asking if you've tried yoga. People who know exactly what it's like to open their laptop and feel dread before they've read a single email. People who've spent years being told their tests are normal while their body is screaming otherwise. People who are done making excuses and actually doing the work.
The group isn't just there to make you feel better. It's there to make sure you keep going when your nervous system tries to convince you you're too busy, you'll start next week, or this isn't the right time.
Because here's what I know: a lot of people say they'll do the work, and they mean it when they say it, but when it comes down to it, life gets in the way. The coaching option is for people who know that about themselves and want someone in their corner making sure it doesn't happen this time.
1:1 onboarding call & nervous system assessment
Weekly live small-group coaching
1:1 check-ins
Ongoing WhatsApp feedback and guidance
All course content and resources
3 month minimum commitment
2. Self-Guided Retraining
What you get:
You get the full four-stage system. The same videos. The same daily protocols. The same retraining process. What you don't get is me on a call every week checking in, holding you accountable, or helping you course-correct when your nervous system tries to convince you you're too busy to do 15 minutes a day.
This is the right for for you if:
You're the kind of person who follows through without external accountability. You've bought programmes before and actually completed them. You can be honest with yourself when you're deflecting, making excuses, or avoiding the work.
If that's you, you don't need the coaching calls or the group. You need the system, and that's exactly what this is.

YOUR NEXT STEP
Fifteen minutes a day. An open mind. The willingness to reach out when you need support.
If you can commit to that and stay consistent, your nervous system can retrain. You stop organising your life around what your symptoms might do next.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I understand the scepticism. Most programmes either teach one technique, give you a stack of videos to work through alone, or focus on one piece of the puzzle. Rewire & Restore is different. It works through four interconnected layers: your nervous system, brain, unconscious patterns and life, because that is what it takes to create lasting change. And Rewire and Restore might be the only programme to help you create lasting change.
Because most of what you have tried was probably designed to help the part it was targeting, and it may have helped that part. But most approaches don't address the underlying survival patterns your nervous system has been running on, often for years or even decades before your symptoms appear. Therapy can help you process. Supplements can support the body. Meditation can calm the mind. But none of those things alone necessarily retrain a nervous system that has operated from stress for years. That missing piece is what I built this programme around.
I won't promise that it will, and I would be wary of anyone who does. The brain and nervous system are adaptive. They learned the patterns keeping you stuck and are capable of learning new ones. What I can also tell you is that before you commit to the Weekly or Monthly programme, you have the option for a free Recovery Strategy Call where I assess whether your situation is a genuine fit for this approach. On that call, I'm not running through a checklist and getting you to quickly commit to the programme.
The purpose is to uncover what’s been driving the symptoms all along, instead of telling you to implement so-and-so techniques that only deliver temporary relief. And if I don't think the programme is right for you, I'll guide you in the right direction.
I hear this a lot, and it is completely understandable. You are already exhausted and the last thing you need is something else to push through. I designed Rewire & Restore with that in mind. The videos are deliberately short and focused, and every module has a clear action plan so you always know what to work on.
Your symptoms are real. Period. Many people arrive after years of feeling dismissed, misunderstood or given a diagnosis that never quite explained everything. That frustration is valid. And it's part of why understanding the nervous system explanation tends to feel like the first thing that actually makes sense.
It is not too late. The nervous system isn't fixed. It's adaptive, which means the same system that learned to operate in survival mode is also capable of learning something different.
I spent a decade in a state of collapse before I found my way through it. I'm not sharing that to be dramatic, but to let you know what it feels like to wonder if this is just your life now. So no, it’s NEVER too late.
The programme is structured to take you through all four stages over approximately three months. That's the minimum commitment. That’s because real change takes time and consistency, and three months is genuinely what it takes to move through the work properly.
After that, you're not tied to anything. You can continue month-to-month if you want ongoing support, or you can step back knowing you have everything you need to keep going on your own.
The goal isn’t to make you dependent on the programme. It’s to give you the tools, the understanding, and the capacity to live without needing it.
And you know what? Every person who's come through this programme thought their situation was too complicated, too long-standing, or that this is forever their life.
The good news is, that’s not true. Just like your brain can create new neural pathways through repeated action… So can your nervous system. It all comes down to decoding the patterns keeping your nervous system in a constant state of danger…
And creating new patterns that retrain your nervous system – helping you thrive again.
So if you’re ready…
REWIRE & RESTORE
Your nervous system learned the patterns keeping you stuck. It is also capable of learning something different.
