I recovered from multiple chronic symptoms in just a few months using the tools and techniques in this mini course

For years, I struggled with numerous chronic symptoms and tried everything to get better. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia back in 2008 which then evolved into CFS and Long Covid, so it was a lot! Recovery was slow and whilst I experienced some improvements, I kept hitting a recovery plateau.
