Most programmes focus on either top down (e.g. brain retraining) or bottom up (e.g. somatic or vagus nerve) approaches which limits your ability to fully heal. In this programme, both are included as as they engage different parts of the brain and the nervous system.

We also don't just throw you in the deep end with lots of techniques that overwhelm you. How the Rebalance and Recover Programme works

  • There are 12 modules released every ten days, but you have access to the material for 12 (or 6) months allowing you to gradually build your capacity for healing and learn the techniques and so you are never 'behind'.

  • When you reach module 11, you will have access to embodied Neuro-Mya-Fascia repatterning sessions for each body part so you can really start to meet or release anything you are holding.

  • If you choose the Enhanced or Ultimate option, you will be supported throughout your journey with a weekly community call and I will be available to answer any questions that you have either on the call or through a WhatsApp group

  • If you choose the Ultimate option, you will have four 1:1 somatic healing sessions to explore a deeper connection with your body. We will ask your body what it is feeling and sensing, and start to recognise what emotions are making you feel stuck. Whilst the programme is simple and easy to follow, your active participation is key to your success. We provide the tools, but it is your commitment and determination to get well that will drive real change.

To see your symptoms reduce, you will need to dedicate 15 - 60 minutes each day to implement the techniques. Little and often is what drives change that lasts, these practices are structured to seamlessly integrate into your daily life.

How do I know that the Rebalance and Recover Programme will work for me?

I was in your shoes not too long ago, I had tried so many different approaches without ever really getting better. But once I realised that my nervous system was dysregulated I tried many different regulating approaches and techniques. I then combined them all together in this programme in a way that won't overwhelm a fragile and sensitive nervous system. Many programmes only focus on one modality, are light in content, or they go in too heavy too soon. How long will it take me to recover?

Everyone is different and it also depends on your level of dysregulation when you join us. You should start to feels a shift in symptoms after a month or two. The modules last for 16 weeks so it could just take that long, or it could take longer if you need to take breaks or focus on a particular area. That is why you will have access to the course for a longer period of time

Ive already tried brain training and somatic programmes and they didnt work, why will this?

I understand—I also tried brain training programmess and other modalities that didn’t work for me either. The reason is that a single approach isn’t enough to fully regulate your nervous system. Effective healing requires a multi-dimensional strategy, and it’s crucial that techniques are introduced at the right time, so your body is ready to benefit from them. Additionally, many programmes require you to take big chunks of your day to dedicate to a specific practice, which can be unrealistic for many people. This programme integrates practices into your daily routine, making them easier to sustain and more effective over time. The goal however is that once you have completed the programme, you wont need to continue with daily interventions as your nervous system will be able to self-regulate.

What if I'm too tired to do the work every day

That is an understandable concern if you are living your life day to day and struggling. The programme techniques are very gently and you can take the programme at your own pace. So if you need to take a break for a while that's perfectly ok
