This is not a single-modality approach, it’s a whole-system recalibration.

I am the only specialist I know working at the intersection of body, mind, and the unconscious in this way, helping my clients understand why their system is responding as it is, rather than trying to override or manage symptoms in isolation. Body

This is where you move from chronic survival mode into genuine regulation. When your body is stuck in defense, it stays in a state of readiness with elevated stress hormones , shallow breathing, and constant internal pressure to keep going. We teach your body to stop defaulting to defense mode.

You regulate first because if you are in survival state your brain isn’t able to learn or absorb new patterns - the stress response overrides everything.

You do this through carefully sequenced visualisation, mindfulness, and somatic practices that restore safety at a nervous-system level.  I have trained in multiple somatic techniques, far beyond what you see on the internet - From orienting, to somatic exercises to somatic healing to neuro-mya-fascia-repatterning and somatic dreamtime.  There is no other programme I am aware of that offers this rich combination of somatic tools and it is one of my key differentiators.

This is the foundation, and it always starts with the body.

Brain

Here you go from high alert to cognitive clarity. Once your body is no longer stuck is survival state, we retrain the neural pathways that were keeping you reactive, overwhelmed, and permanently “on alert.”   This is where neuroplasticity does it’s thing.

We shift the automatic stress response so that adrenaline and cortisol no longer flood your system when you open an email.  Instead, your nervous system stays steadier, allowing your mind to settle, prioritise, and respond with clarity rather than react under pressure.

You do this through targeted brain retraining and subconscious neuro-rewiring techniques that recalibrate how your nervous system responds to stress.

Behaviours & Beliefs

Here you go from overdrive to sustained performance. With the Body and Brain no longer stuck in survival and alert state, we rebuild the habits, boundaries, work rhythms, and micro behaviours that keep you out of overdrive long term.

Using an IFS-informed parts approach alongside nervous system regulation, we work with the parts of you that drive overworking, perfectionism, and self-pressure. I have intentionally designed this programme to give you long lasting results. It’s the perfect combination of guided self learning, community group work and personalised 1:1 support.

As soon as you join, you’ll have immediate access to the online portal, which houses all of the succinct educational videos, step-by-step guides, practical demonstrations, and downloadable workbooks — everything you need to start integrating the tools confidently and at your own pace.

It’s important that you understand the science or theory behind the tools and strategies I’m teaching, because when you understand why something works, you’re far more likely to apply it consistently for lasting results.

Each module contains the techniques and practices that relate to the science and theory.

At the end of each module, you’ll find a simple summary so you can integrate the techniques easily into your day. These aren’t time-consuming protocols. We’re talking minutes, not hours - small, strategic shifts that compound over time.

We then come together for weekly intimate group coaching sessions where you’ll be able to share how you are getting on, be coached by me and supported by the other people who are on the same healing and recovery journey as you.

When you join, we begin with a personalised Nervous System Relief Call. We assess the state of your nervous system, review the tracking tools we’ll use to measure your progress, and define your strategy for success.

After 3 and 6 months we have a personalised 1:1 check in call where we discuss your progress and I personally mentor you on your strategy going forwards

You’ll also have ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions,  so no question goes unanswered and you never feel alone (don't worry it's very chilled and not one of those annoying pingy ones).

I recovered from chronic overdrive and serious burnout using the same tools and techniques I now teach in this programme

For years, while building a 20 year career in the corporate world, I struggled with relentless symptoms like chronic pain, chronic fatigue, and noise sensitivity. I tried (what I believed at the time) was everything to get better.

Corporate life was busy. It was stressful. I worked for blue-chip companies, agencies, and consultancies where expectations were already sky-high, and then I raised them even further with my own self-imposed standards. I pushed myself relentlessly. I wanted to impress, to be the best, to get promoted, and to prove I could do it all.

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2008, which later evolved into Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and eventually Long Covid. My body simply couldn’t keep up anymore, and I was forced to slow down.

What started as smaller signals such as frequent tonsillitis, tingling lips, random pains were my body trying to get my attention. When I didn’t listen, it had to take a far more drastic approach.

Trying to manage all of this alongside the constant demands of my career was overwhelming, and it’s not something I want for you.

I now understand that these symptoms and diagnoses were different manifestations of nervous system burnout, and that this can be reversed with the right strategies.

FAQ

How do I know that this will work for me?

I’ve been exactly where you are. I lived with chronic stress (even though I didn’t realise it at the time), tried countless approaches, and felt increasingly frustrated when nothing created real change. It wasn’t until I understood that my nervous system and brain were at the root that things finally shifted, but getting there involved months of trial, error, and confusing protocols. I’ve taken everything I learned, distilled the most effective methods, and combined them into a programme that won’t overwhelm an already sensitive system.

Most programmes focus on a single modality, offer surface-level content, or push you too hard, too fast. This approach is different. It’s a carefully designed blend of modalities that work together to move you out of survival mode by uncovering and rewiring the patterns that keep you stuck, exhausted and unwell. As these patterns shift, your mind and body become more flexible, resilient and grounded, so you can feel like yourself again and perform at your best in your career without burning out.

How do I know my nervous system is the issue and not something more serious?

There is sometimes an obsession with having more and more tests which results in an endless circle of waiting followed by disappointment.  If you have already had tests that came back negative, if your symptoms change and move that is the closest you will get to a dysregulated nervous system diagnosis 

It’s completely valid to want reassurance. Ruling out underlying medical conditions is important, and I always encourage clients to consult their GP or specialist if something hasn’t been properly investigated.   That said, many people find themselves stuck in a cycle of more tests, more waiting, and repeated “normal” results, followed by frustration and disappointment.

If you’ve already had medical investigations that came back clear, and your symptoms fluctuate, move around the body, worsen with stress, or improve when you feel safe and rested, that strongly points toward nervous system dysregulation rather than structural disease.  A dysregulated nervous system doesn’t always show up on scans or blood tests,  but it shows up in patterns.  The goal isn’t to ignore your symptoms. It’s to understand what’s driving them,  and work with your system in a way that restores regulation and stability.

How long will it take me to get back on track?

Some people notice shifts within days, others take longer as their body relearns how to feel safe, regulated and energised again. What matters is that you’re not doing it alone. You’ll have six months of support, giving you the time, space and guidance to create real, lasting change at a pace your body can genuinely sustain.

Ive already tried meditation, and somatic exercises and they didn't work, why will this?

Many of my clients say the same, “I’ve tried meditation and somatic exercises and nothing changed.” It’s not that those tools don’t work; it’s that they’re often used on top of an already overwhelmed system that doesn’t feel safe enough to respond. What makes this approach different is that we don’t rely on one technique or a generic sequence, we work in real time with what your body is doing, why it’s doing it, and exactly what it needs in that moment. You’re also not left to figure it out alone; you get tailored guidance, ongoing feedback, and adjustments as your system shifts. It’s the right techniques, delivered at the right time, in the right way for your specific nervous system, that’s why this works.

What if I'm too tired to do the work every day

It’s completely okay if you’re tired, this programme is designed to meet you on your lowest energy days, not demand more from you. You don’t need to “push through” or show up perfectly. Gntle, minimal-effort techniques can still create powerful shifts. But, like anything, you’ll get out what you put in. If you’re open, willing to try new approaches, and able to engage even in small ways, your system will respond. If there’s no effort or no willingness to change, the results simply won’t be there. This is a partnership: I bring the tools, guidance and support, you bring the willingness. Together, that’s where transformation happens.

Im currently undergoing therapy, should I continue?

Absolutely, yes, you can continue. Therapy and this work complement each other beautifully. Therapy helps you identify and explore the deeper patterns, beliefs and experiences, while the nervous system work supports your body in actually processing and releasing what comes up. When your mind and body are both engaged, you often start to see shifts faster and with more stability. Many clients find that combining the two makes their therapy more effective and their progress more sustainable. From my experience though, therapy alone though won't be enough if you want to see physical changes.


Do you do 1:1s?

Sometimes people ask whether I offer 1:1 sessions only. The answer is no,  and that’s intentional.

As you’ve probably gathered, my priority is delivering real, lasting change, not short-term relief. The depth of understanding required to retrain your nervous system and brain cannot be achieved in a handful of standalone sessions.

It’s essential that you understand the context behind the tools and strategies I teach. Without that foundation, sessions can become surface-level, supportive in the moment, but unlikely to create sustainable transformation.

Some people assume booking three or six sessions will be a more cost-effective way to “fix” things. But nervous system healing isn’t a quick intervention. It’s a process of building capacity, safety, and self-trust over time.

The emphasis here is not on me fixing you. It’s on you learning how to regulate and heal yourself,  so the results last long after our work together ends.
